Refund and Returns Policy

At Tuk Tuk CeylonRide, we strive to ensure your experience is smooth and transparent. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Deposit Refund
   We will process and refund the deposit within 12 business days after the return of the vehicle, provided there are no outstanding issues or damages.
   
   

2. Additional Payments and Discounts
   Any additional payments or agreed-upon discounts made during the rental period will be settled along with the refund.
   
   

3. Fuel Policy
   Customers are expected to return the tuk tuk with the same amount of fuel as at the time of pickup. If not, the cost of the missing fuel will be deducted from the deposit.
   
   

4. Payment Methods
   Payments can be made via:

   • Credit or debit cards

   • Bank deposit

   • Cash (in LKR)
